====================================================================== == == GPS Database Loader Version 1.7 Alternative Installation == == Readme Text File == ====================================================================== A small percentage of individuals who attempt to install the GPS Database Loader Version 1.7 using the SETUP17.EXE program will encounter the following error: "An error occurred during the move data process: -113" Anyone who encounters this error message can use the Alternative Setup program to install the GPS Database Loader Version 1.7. To do so, simply run the ALTERNATIVESETUP17.EXE program and allow it to extract the installation files to the C:\GpsLoadr directory. Next, select "Run" from the Windows "Start" button, and run the C:\GpsLoadr\Setup.exe program to install the GPS Database Loader Version 1.7. After the installation is complete, you can double-click on the "GPS Database Loader" icon on your desktop to start the GPS Database Loader. Then, from the program menu, you can select "Help Topics" from the "Help" menu for instructions on how to use any part of the program. If you need to install the GPS Database Loader onto a different computer, select "Run" from the Windows "Start" button, and run the C:\GpsLoadr\MakeDisk.exe program to create diskettes that you can then use to install the GPS Database Loader onto a different computer. The SETUP17.EXE and ALTERNATIVESETUP17.EXE installation programs are compatible with Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Millennium edition, Windows NT 3.51 / 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows XP, (or higher).
